Our DEUTZ DPF programme
DPF Cleaning is a cost-efficient and safe alternative for your used filters on any brand: All filters are professionally inspected and cleaned at selected DEUTZ service centers and sent back to you, including a thorough testing report.
DEUTZ makes it possible to clean diesel particulate filters from different manufacturers using a gentle thermal cleaning process. Here, too, the best cleaning results are achieved and you get your filter back, whose filling performance corresponds to that of a new part.
Thanks to the DEUTZ Xclean cleaning process, DEUTZ Xchange DPFs are virtually as good as new. Filters with the right technology, a modern diesel particulate filter can be almost completely freed of soot and ash. The DEUTZ DPF cleaning process XClean features a combination of thermal-, air-, and liquid treatment with optimized pulse rate and produces best-in-class results. This way we can offer a reusable, cost-effective filter, that provides optimum filtration performance equivalent to a new part.
The Xchange DPF kit includes new clamps and gaskets and a standard 12-month warranty.
