Our recruiting process – 4 steps

2.  Submit your application online (your resume and references are sufficient; a cover letter/ letter of motivation and application photo are optional).


3.    Review of documents (we review initial documents and provide you with information about the application process)


4.    Two stage interview process (1. Virtual 2. In-person on-site)

The interview process varies depending on the department and entry level: As standard, you can expect a two-stage interview process with the specialist department. However, regardless of whether the interview is virtual or on-site, you should always feel free to ask any questions you may have. After all, you want to get to know DEUTZ as a company and find out whether we are a good fit for you.

Please send us your current CV/resume as well as relevant references (e.g., school, university, and work references or proof of further training). A cover letter/letter of motivation is optional, but it can help us to better understand your motivation. An application photo is not mandatory.

A clear, concise structure helps us to quickly grasp your background. And if you can summarize your motivation in your CV/resume or an optional cover letter/letter of motivation, you will be even more convincing. Show us what drives you and makes you unique.

We are curious to know why you are the ideal addition to our team. Show us your professional experience, your commitment, your special skills, or your passion. Give us an insight into the added value you can bring to DEUTZ!

Depending on your position and responsibilities, you may have the option of working flexibly from home in consultation with your team. You will also have regular office days and team days at the office.

As soon as we receive your application, we will review it carefully and get back to you as soon as possible. If your profile matches our requirements, we will invite you to an initial interview. This will take place virtually. After a successful first interview, we would like to get to know you in person on site.
