WHAT WE OFFER DURING THE APPRENTICESHIP
We attach great importance to providing our apprentices with practical training and education. Experienced and pedagogically trained supervisors impart knowledge and skills that meet the highest standards. Our apprenticeship supervisors work with state-of-the-art teaching materials.
Internal apprenticeship plans ensure that the content of the respective job profile is conveyed in the best possible way – including through assignments in the apprenticeship factory and in various departments of the company, thus ensuring a constant alternation between theory and practice.
Our internal factory school perfectly complements the lessons at the vocational school. Training measures such as the competence week and project work are a matter of course for us. In addition, we specifically promote independent work, communication skills, teamwork, and personal responsibility.
Intensive preparation for the IHK final examination rounds off the apprenticeship at our company.

Have you decided on a technical bachelor's degree and the study regulations require a pre- or basic internship by the third semester as a prerequisite for admission? In various areas of DEUTZ, the modules required by the university for the pre- or basic internship can be completed over a period of six weeks to three months in machining production technology, assembly, quality control, etc.
We offer an exciting dual study programme that combines theory and practice. With us, you can help shape the future of engine technology and take on responsibility right from the start. We cooperate with the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences to offer you a first-class education.
