Declaration of principles pursuant to section 6 (2) of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
By this declaration of principles, we meet the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which came into force on January 1, 2023. It documents the expectations we have of our employees and our suppliers regarding human rights and the environment. We view the consideration and fulfillment of these expectations as an essential part of our internal and external interactions that will help to secure the long-term success of our business.

Information on the implementation of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) for suppliers of the DEUTZ Group
The aim of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) is to improve the protection of human rights and the environment in global supply chains. We are convinced that DEUTZ can only overcome this global challenge by working together with its business partners. To this end, the information document summarizes our Code of Conduct for Suppliers and reflects our sustainability-related expectations arising from the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and other national and international regulations.
