Compliance with the law and certain standards of conduct is an absolute priority for us, which is why we do not accept compromises.

Organizational Model Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (“231 Model”)

During the Board of Directors’ meeting dated 14th December 2021, DEUTZ Italy approved the implementation of the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. By this important step, the corporate governance introduces the tools preventing the perpetration of unlawful acts referred to in the Legislative Decree 231/01, with the purpose of executing several internal control mechanisms in order to avoid any criminally relevant activity that may be committed in the interest or to the advantage of the company itself.

The 231 Model is divided into a General Section, containing an overview of the regulatory principles, of the activities carried out or planned by the company, of the definition of the organizational structure necessary for the implementation of the Model, such as the functioning of the Supervisory Board, the training of employees, the update of the Model, the penalty system, and a Special Section, which consists in a detailed analysis to identify all the activities with a potential risk in relation of the commission of the offenses provided in the sections of the Special Part, with the provision of specific principles, conduct prohibitions and related control protocols.

Moreover, the Board of Directors appointed an Supervisory Board, which is responsible to ensure the proper application, updating and compliance of the Model.

Reports

Any reports relating to unlawful conduct, as stated in the Legislative Decree 24/2023, may be sent to the persons in charge of managing the reports through the following dedicated dashboard, which ensures the confidentiality of the reporting party through encryption.
