Diesel Motor Nordic becomes DEUTZ Nordic

  • Nordic dealer and service provider renamed DEUTZ Nordic
  • New website and logo for DEUTZ Nordic

Cologne, January 11, 2024 – DEUTZ Nordic is the new name of Diesel Motor Nordic (DMN), which is wholly owned by DEUTZ AG since October 2, 2023. The dealer and service provider was rebranded at the start of this year so that the change of ownership is visible. DMN officially became DEUTZ Nordic on January 2, 2024. With a relaunched website (https://en.deutz.se/) and the 'DEUTZ Nordic' logo on the buildings, this is now also visible and the DEUTZ brand is further standardized globally.

“The global expansion of the service business is a crucial element in our Dual+ strategy. Rebranding Diesel Motor Nordic as DEUTZ Nordic thus represents more than simply a change of name and is actually part of our transformation journey,” says DEUTZ CSO and CTO Dr. Markus Müller. “With the DEUTZ Nordic team at our side, we’re confident that we’ll succeed in expanding the service business in the Nordics. The rebranding will strengthen our market positioning.”

DEUTZ Nordic, which has a presence in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, sells and maintains engines for industrial applications. As DMN it had been a long-standing DEUTZ service partner even before the acquisition.

There will be no disruption to service at DEUTZ Nordic during the rebranding process. The DEUTZ team will remain available to all customers via the known chanels.
